Commissioned art is for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, physical art, fursuits, etc, but must not be used for profit. Any commercial rights will have a discussed fee. T W O .
I own all rights to my work. Training AI or inputting any of my work into a training model is prohibited. Commissioned artwork will be posted on my social media unless requested. I am allowed to include any and all art in future portfolios. T H R E E .
Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on the complexity of the character, additional details, and the complexity of the commission itself. Additional fees may also apply to requested edits, especially if the coloring stage has already started. F O U R .
I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do. F I V E .
Payment will be upfront via paypal or cashapp. If for some reason you need to cancel the commission, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the cost.) If the commission has already been started, I will be keeping 50-70% of the refund depending on what stage the commission is on. In the rare event I feel I can't finish a commission, a full refund will be given.

Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process. I will not use or tolerate any AI references/images knowingly being used. S E V E N .
Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases. E I G H T .
Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @peanchiee. Do not remove my watermark. N I N E .
Please note that any characters will be drawn with artistic license. Specifically, I enjoy drawing furry species who look and stand a bit more like their real world counterparts. Please let me know if you would like to stick as close as possible to their design! T E N .
Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will not be refunded in this scenario.
